Qualification

• Senior Resident: MBBS with PG Degree / DNB / Diplomain concerned specialty from Government recognized universities/colleges.
• Full Time Contractual Specialist: PG Degree/DNB / Diploma in concernedspecialty
• Full/Part Time Contractual Super Specialist: MBBS, MS/DNB/MCH in concerned Super Specialty from MCI recognized Medical College

Emoluments

• Senior Resident: Basic Pay Rs. 67,700/- in the Level-11 & Index-1 of Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Basic pay Rs. 18,750/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-) and allowances applicable under ESIC rules and Scheme of SeniorResidency.
• Full Time Contractual Specialist: Rs. 1,44,607/- plus TA & DA on TA consolidated remuneration per month for Junior Scale (3 Years’ experience post PG as per RR) or Rs. 1,68,317/- plus TA & DA on TA consolidated remuneration per month for Senior Scale (More than 5 Years’ experience post PG as per RR).
• Part Time Super Specialist: Consolidated amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- per month.
• Full Time Super Specialist: Entry Level- Consolidated amount of Rs 2,00,000/- per month
